Peter Cochran found guilty on an indictment for the highway robbery of Samuel Ripp in the parish of St Mary Magdelene, Bermondsey on 7th April 1789:  robbing him of a gold-cased watch (valued at £10), a steel watch chain (valued at 5/-), a cornelian seal set in gold (valued at 5/-),a gold watch key (valued at 5/-) and 17/- in money numbered. Found found guilty on an indictment for shooting at Edward Howell on the same day and in the same location.
